Today you will meet with one of our expert local guides for a tour of Athens, combining many of the city’s principal modern and classical sights. This tour includes an overview of the modern city and striking contrasts to the remains of its glorious past.

Visit the Panathinaiko Stadium where the first modern Olympic Games took place in 1896 (visit). Pass by the Museum of Cycladic Art, the Byzantine Museum, War Museum, National Gallery, Prime Minister's residence, Ex Royal Palace (guarded by the colourful Evzones), Zappion Garden, Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian's Arch, St. Pauls Church, Parliament, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Schlieman's House, Catholic Cathedral, Academy, University, National Library, Omania Square, Old Parliament, Constitution Square, Russian Orthodox Church, Theatre of Dionyssus, and Theatre of Herodus Atticus.

The Acropolis and Parthenon: The Acropolis of Athens is an ancient citadel located on a rocky outcrop above the city of Athens and contains the remains of several ancient buildings of great architectural and historic significance, the most famous being the Parthenon.

Private Sunset Tour to Cape Sounio

After breakfast today, the time is free to relax and enjoy the hotel facilities or take some time to explore the city. In the afternoon we include a private sunset tour to Cape Sounio.

You will leave Athens for a wonderful drive along the scenic coastal road which affords a splendid view of the Saronic Gulf passing through some of Athens' most beautiful suburbs (Glyfada, Vouliagmeni, Varzika) to Cape Sounio where you will visit the 5th century B.C. temple of Poseidon with one of the most breath-taking panoramic views in the world and on a clear day you can see at least seven islands. The Doric columns of local marble have 16 flutings instead of the usual 20. The precipice is a sheer 197-foot drop to the sea. Return to Athens after the tour for an evening at your leisure.

Check out of your hotel and meet with your driver in the hotel lobby for a private transfer to Athens Airport to catch your flight to Santorini. Upon arrival in Santorini you will be met by an English speaking driver and privately transferred to your hotel. This afternoon we can include a special wine tasting experience with round trip transfers. The evening is free to relax and explore.

Santorini is one of the Cyclades islands in the Aegean Sea. It was devastated by a volcanic eruption in the 16th century BC, forever shaping its rugged landscape. The whitewashed, cubiform houses of its 2 principal towns, Fira and Oia, cling to cliffs above an underwater caldera (crater). They overlook the sea, small islands to the west and beaches made up of black, red and white lava pebbles.

Private Transfers, Premium Class Ferry to Mykonos and a Private Island Tour

Today you will be privately transferred to Santorini Port for the Ferry to Mykonos. Business Class reserved seats are included on the super jet ferry to Mykonos Island. Upon arrival in Mykonos you will be met by a an expert local driver/guide and accompanied on a half day private tour of the Island.  After the tour you will be dropped at your hotel where you can check in and relax for the evening.

Mykonos is an island in the Cyclades group in the Aegean Sea. It's popularly known for its summer party atmosphere. Beaches such as Paradise and Super Paradise have bars that blare thumping music. Massive dance clubs attract world-renowned DJs and typically stay open well past dawn. Iconic landmarks include a row of 16th-century windmills, which sit on a hill above Mykonos town.

Private Half Day Tour: Visit the old capital of Mykonos, Ano Mera. The big square in the middle of the village with all traditional cafés and restaurants and the big marble fountain, the 16th century Monastery of Panagia Tourliani with the unique icon of Holy Mary, makes Ano Mera the most attractive and traditional village of Mykonos.

Continue with your guide in his car to some of the most famous beaches of the island, Elia, Kalo Livadi and Kalafatis. Later you will reach Agios Ioannis beach on the island’s west coast stopping en route at a scenic overlook with views of nearby Delos island. Another short stop at a panoramic viewing spot before you continue to explore the labyrinth of Mykonos town. Walk through the narrow traditional alleys, visit the stunning Windmills, the Little Venice, the Paraportiani church with the unique shape in Castle area.

Admire the harmony of Cycladic architecture, the whitewashed houses, that shine like pearls under the sun. Stroll down the small fish market and maybe you will meet the city’s mascot Petros the Pelican. At Matogianni street you will find some of the most famous worldwide boutique brands along with local souvenir shop and stylish bars.

2 nights at Mykonos Grand Hotel in a Premium Sea View Suite inclusive of breakfast.

Set on Agios Ioannis Beach, this upscale resort is 4 km from the Mykonos windmills and 5 km from the Archaeological Museum of Mykonos. Airy rooms have free Wi-Fi, TVs and iPod docks, plus minibars and Nespresso machines.
