Planning Your Journey
General Information
We offer bespoke luxury tours across Europe, including cultural journeys, culinary escapes, wellness retreats, romantic getaways, and family adventures. Each itinerary is tailored to your preferences.
Yes. Every tour is fully customizable. Our travel designers work with you to create a journey that reflects your interests, pace, and style.
Yes you can review some sample itineraries under each destination on the website to provide some inspiration and possible routing and inclusions for your trip. These tours can be tailored or used as a starting point for your custom tour.
We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance, especially for peak seasons, to ensure access to premium accommodations and experiences. We can begin planning tours earlier and exact pricing can be provided as soon as hotels and suppliers have confirmed their rates for relevant year of travel.
Yes. All our tours are private and designed exclusively for you and your travel companions.
Absolutely. Our tours are ideal for individuals, couples, families, and small groups. We also handle tours for larger groups as required.

Pricing & Payment
Pricing varies based on the itinerary, duration, accommodation level, and group size. You can get an indication of price ranges within each of the tours on the website under ‘WHAT’S INCLUDED’ tab.
Typically, pricing includes accommodation, private transportation, guided experiences, entrance fees, and activities. We’ll detail everything in the ‘what’s included’ section of your itinerary.
No hidden fees. Any optional extras or upgrades will be clearly outlined before booking. Gratuities (for guides and driver/guides) are not included as at your discretion and payable direct.
We accept major credit cards including American Express, Mastercard and Visa , bank transfers, and we provide secure online payment links.
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking, once you have approved the itinerary.
Yes. We use secure encrypted payment systems and comply with international data protection standards.
Yes. Once your deposit is received, you’ll receive an immediate receipt and, within a few days, you will also receive formal confirmation of services. A copy of your final documents will be sent to you 3-4 weeks before your travel dates.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to your tour start date. We’ll send reminders and payment instructions.
Cancellation & Refunds
All Payments once received are strictly nonrefundable, if you do have to cancel every effort will be made to reschedule your booking to a future date. We do strongly suggest you take out comprehensive travel insurance as soon as you confirm the trip with Luxury European Tours.
Yes, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional costs.
In the unlikely event we must cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Once processed a refund takes up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Accommodation & Meals
We partner with luxury hotels and castles, boutique guesthouses, and historic estates in both city centre and rural settings. You can choose your preferred style and comfort level.
Yes, we’ll present options based on your preferences and budget. You’ll have final approval before booking.
As a rule, we include breakfast with each hotel stay. Lunch and dinner is generally not included to allow for flexibility. We will provide you with a list of restaurant recommendations for each location prior to your travel dates if you would like any advance dinner reservations.
Yes, we accommodate dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergies. Just let us know in advance so we can advise the relevant parties.
Travel Preparation
Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Please check with your local embassy or consulate. We’re happy to advise where possible.
We don’t provide travel insurance. However, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance with your insurance broker or an online provider as soon as you pay the deposit to secure the trip.
We focus on land arrangements so don’t book flights. Flights are usually booked direct or via a travel agent.
Yes. We can provide packing tips based on your destinations, season, and planned activities.
We arrange guides and drivers with fluent English for touring throughout Europe.
Yes and you can usually purchase at the airport or in the larger pharmacies. Most European countries use Type-C plugs (Type-C also fits into Type E, F, H, J, K, L, N sockets that replace the Type C socket in some countries like Italy, Denmark, Switzerland etc.). American appliances run on 110 volts, while European appliances run on 220-240 volts.

Yes. All tours include airport meet-and-greet services and private transfers.

Post-Tour & Flexibility
Cancellations made 60+ days before departure typically incur a loss of deposit only. Full terms are provided at booking.
Refunds depend on timing and nature of cancellation. We aim to offer flexible solutions.
Yes. Flexible rebooking options are available depending on notice period and availability.
